They say you don’t know who your real friends are until adversity hits. The Gebhart family of Dover can attest to that.

Twenty-two-year-old Tyler Gebhart was diagnosed with Stage III testicular cancer in December and has been faced with months of chemotherapy treatment and of course mounting medical bills.

That’s where family and friends have come in, planning Saturday’s EFF Cancer Fundraiser Saturday from 1 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Dover Elks Lodge at 200 Saulsbury Road.
